ISA Arborist Certification
We have ISA Certified Arborists on staff and can issue the arborist reports required by the government.
In most cities in the Greater Toronto Area, if a tree’s diameter exceeds the size stipulated by the government (typically 20cm), an application must be submitted to the government for complete removal or for pruning that exceeds 25% of the canopy. Without government approval, unauthorized removal or pruning will face a minimum fine of several thousand dollars if reported or discovered. We will work to obtain the broadest possible government permit for you, so you can have your trees removed or pruned legally and with peace of mind.
Staff with Professional Education and Training
Our staff have undergone two years of professional training in the Urban Arboriculture program at Humber College.
Their theoretical knowledge covers tree species and characteristics, suitable soil pH parameters, and the traits of various other plants. Practical training includes assessing the feasibility of tree removal and pruning jobs and how to perform them safely and efficiently.
The theoretical and practical training they have received is certified and approved by the Government of Ontario and North America’s largest arborist association, the ISA.
Landscaping and Lawn Care Experience
In addition to their formal college training in arboriculture, our staff also have many years of experience in landscaping and lawn care.
This includes lawn and garden care, and the pruning and planting of various types of vegetation. We strive to meet all of your various horticultural service requests.
Commercial Insurance
We carry official commercial insurance that covers various accidental injuries, providing comprehensive protection for our staff engaged in tree removal and pruning. Therefore, you do not need to worry about bearing liability in the event of an accident.
